We often overlook the impact of what we put on our bodies. Many personal care products are filled with chemicals that can lead to long-term health concerns — and studies show that women, in particular, experience higher levels of toxicity due to beauty product exposure.
Joanne Rempel, owner of Colors Beauty & Wellness, learned this firsthand early in her career. After experiencing lung irritation from traditional salon aerosols and sprays, she knew there had to be a better way — a healthier, more sustainable approach to beauty.
Her search led her to the concept of clean beauty and a partnership with Eufora International, a professional haircare brand built on integrity, sustainability, and natural performance. Under the mentorship of Don and Beth Bewley, Eufora’s founders, Joanne deepened her expertise and brought their philosophy home to Winnipeg.
In 2014, Joanne traveled to Italy to collaborate with Eufora in developing EuforaColor — a revolutionary hair color line that blends advanced science with plant-based wellness. Today, she continues to share her passion globally, helping salons around the world transition to this healthier, more conscious way of working.
